At Digital Transformation Leaders, we help our customers monetize the opportunities of todays digital economy. We ensure they have a holistic vision of their future (business model) and a clear path to get there. We help choose the best technology to enable the objectives, accelerate the journey by leveraging best practices and select the right partners & people to get our customers to the finish line.

To achieve great change, great leadership is required! Therefore, we are looking to strengthen our team with ambitious programme and project managers that have extensive experience leading impactful and complex change initiatives, such as business transformations, ERP (SAP) implementations/modernizations or strategic digital transformation programmes.

 

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in leading, technology enabled, business transformations pivoting the way an organization operates (business model shift; digitalisation; operation efficiency).

  • A demonstrable track record of delivering successful projects with high value business outcomes.

  • Previous experience as a direct report and/or trusted advisor to C-level executives or senior management.

  • Knowledge of modern software platforms such as ERP systems (SAP and other); low-code development (e.g. Outsystems/Mendix) or Robotic Process Automation (e.g. UIpath).

  • In-depth knowledge of (industry specific) organizational operating models and E2E processes such as Order-2-Cash, Purchase-2-Pay, Supply chain, Logistics, Finance and/or Manufacturing.
